Casa Oficina is located in the Centre of Carvoeiro, just a 2 minute walk from the Square (250m) and Carvoeiro Beach (300m)! Close to several services such as Restaurants, Bars. Cafes, Ice Cream Shops, Mini markets, Shops, etc. (walking distance).
The House is a Studio with Mezzanine, composed by Living Room with Sofa and Smart TV, Equipped Kitchen, Dining Area with a Spacious Table and 4 Chairs, Bathroom with Shower and Electric Towel Rail.
The Kitchen is equipped with Induction Hob, Oven, Extractor Fan, Combined Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine (Delta Q), Microwave, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Citrus Squeezer and also basic kitchen utensils such as Pots, Pans, Kitchen Cloths, Cups, Cutlery, among others.
The Mezzanine with Bedroom Area is accessible by stairs (there is a low ceiling on the Mezzanine stairs) and has a Queen Size Bed (160x200cm), Smart TV and two Skylights with Electric Blinds.
The Accommodation has Washing&Drying Machine, Air Conditioning and Heated Floor System on the ground floor.
There is no parking space in the unit, however you can find a place to park nearby.
Guests have access to the entire house.
Casa Oficina offers its guests a 20% discount on a boat trip to Benagil Caves, with Centianes Boat Trip company, in Vale Centeanes (subject to availability and weather conditions). It is advised to book between 3 and 4 days before the trip.
We are available to help our guests whenever is needed, however, we intend to leave our guests alone so they can enjoy their vacations with the maximum confort and privacy.
