This renovated traditional Madeiran three-story house is close to the center of Funchal, about 5 minutes by car. It is accessed by stairs, and right on the -1 floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, the kitchen and laundry room, an office, and a living room. Outside you will find a backyard, outdoor shower, and a garden with barbecue where you can prepare your meals outdoors. The ground floor has two bedrooms with double bed, and two private bathrooms with shower. On the 1st floor there is an attic with a spacious living room. This property has a maximum capacity of 6 people. Private outdoor parking. Wi-Fi is available in all areas. AREA This house is located near the Barreiros Stadium where several soccer matches take place. This property has a great location for those who want to stay close to the city center of Funchal. Nearby you can find the Levada dos Piornais, the Nazaré viewpoint overlooking the center of Funchal, and the Quinta Magnólia Garden. Within a 20-minute walk you can easily reach the lido bathing complex, and within 25 minutes you can walk to the Madeira Casino, Santa Catarina Park, and the center of Funchal where you will find other attractions.
