Guests will have full access to the building including; -Private Rooftop with 2 sun lounge , 4 chairs and one table for 4 -2 bicycles -Ability to receive packages before arrival (Please ask for instructions once you are confirmed) You are renting directly from the owners so we will do our best to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. We live less than 10 minutes away and have a hands on approach. However, we do respect your privacy and we will not disturb you during your stay. Cozy Beach front with Rooftop will be very clean when you arrive, but daily housekeeping is not included during your stay. We can organize our housekeeper, to come do thorough clean for an additional charge and she is available most days. We will leave you plenty of fresh towels but if you need more it is not a problem for us to drop them off. If you need anything else please let us know.

The apartment features a king size bed in the room and one sofa for sleep 2 in the living room . Free unlimited 100 Mbps WiFi speed and a 40inch LED TV with 140 channels. This apartment is ideal for single travelers, couples, families and can accommodate up to 4 people. We will do our best to accommodate early check ins or late check outs but in general checkin is mid afternoon after 15:00pm and checkout is late morning till 11:30. It really just depends on availability. You will be provided with 2 sets of keys. The entire apartment is yours. My Apartment is very well located, you don't need to rent a car for visit Vila do Conde city center and beaches all is very near the apartment , you can do all the paths by walking. You'll love it! It's full of light and very quiet. - 200m to the beach; - 400m to the Lidl supermarket; - 150m Bakery with hot bread every days - 150m Around are diffrent Coffes, Bars and Restaurants open till 2:00am
