Hello! We are VIVA, your second home :) We’ve started working as profissional hosts in 2017, in Porto, with the aim of being known for our hospitality and the quality of our services. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide a bed, bath and baby chair if requested. Air conditioning system that also provides heating for the house in winter. - Check in from 16h00. We inform that we charge an extra fee of 15 euros for late check-ins from 20h00 or 25 euros for late check-ins from 24:00h. The amount should be paid to the Check-in agent. If you need to drop your luggage earlier please let us know so we can check if this is possible. - Check out until 11h00 - if you need extra time to leave your lugage while you visit the city let us know so we can check if this is possible. - The identification of all guests (of all ages) are requested until the day of check-in (the provision of this data is mandatory). - Cancellation policies must be complied with in full, without exception. All cancellations after the allowed period will not be entitled to a refund. - Guests cannot leave the property leaving the key inside the lock, otherwise they will be responsible for paying the specialized service to open the lock. - The host will have the right to access the property, notifying guests whenever necessary. - We ask that you notify us within the first 24 hours after confirming the reservation in any of our accommodations, if there is any type of specific condition of any guest, namely mobility difficulties, allergies or other health problems that may be relevant, to so that we can confirm that the accommodation contracted is suitable, in order to ensure that your stay will go as smoothly as possible.

The house is located in the District of Viseu, very close to the Douro River. The historic city center of Viseu is nearby and has several places of interest, such as the Grão Vasco Museum, the Viseu Cathedral and the Sacred Art Museum.
