Meet your hosts Ilídio Gomes and Paulo Gomes, father and son, owners of the apartment. Ilídio, 77 years old, is a retired television station operator who loves fishing, sailing, playing the guitar and painting. Paulo, 36 years old, is an environmental engineer who loves nature, the ocean, surfing and is also a musician who learned from his father. Paulo plays in 3 local bands, an alternative rock band, a folk band and also a tuna. So whenever you want to see a live concert, talk to us.

Property information

A 2-Bedroom modern apartment well equipped and located in a very central area in Praia da Vitória with a great view over the city. The apartment is just 5 minutes walk away from the beach and from the city's main areas of interest. There is a very nice bar in the same building that is ideal for breakfast and quick meals. There are 2 large supermarkets, a bus station and a pharmacy right next to the building. The building also has a free parking lot.

Praia da Vitória is a quiet little town by the sea from where you can enjoy great beaches, a very pleasant avenue by the sea with several restaurants, bars and nightlife spaces. The apartment is located very close to the historic center and the main street where most of the traditional commerce is concentrated. Right next to the apartment you will find the Guarita Supermarket and the Continente Hypermarket is just a few steps away. There is a Burger King 100 meters from the apartments There is a marina where you can easily participate in activities such as boat tours and sport fishing. The Paúl da Praia da Vitória is nearby and is an oasis for bird watching lovers.
