The newly renovated, spacious kitchen opens into the living area and provides direct access to the front terrace – a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. The living room offers two cozy seating areas and panoramic windows with stunning views of the greenery. On clear days, you can even see the sea in the distance, just 3 km away. All bedrooms are generously sized, with elegant hardwood floors, creating a peaceful atmosphere for restful nights. There are two fully equipped bathrooms, as well as a third with a toilet and sink. The well-maintained garden features beautiful landscaping – but the highlight is the private pool. There’s also a jacuzzi for four people where you can relax and take in the scenic surroundings. A barbecue area is available for outdoor meals, and the second terrace, accessible directly from the living room, offers another excellent dining space. Parking is safe and plentiful, with ample space along the roadside. The villa is situated in a quiet location, ideal for both beach lovers and culture enthusiasts. Several beaches are just a short drive away, perfect for surfing, walking, dining, or simply unwinding – there’s something for everyone. If you’re in the mood for a bit of shopping or a leisurely stroll, the charming towns of Mafra and Ericeira are close by and worth a visit. Laundry is also taken care of – a nearby laundromat offers excellent service, with both self-service and full-service options available.
