Exclusive Apartment Lisbon - Charneca de Caparica is located in the Aroeira Golf Resort. The property is about 3km from the Fonte da Telha Beach.

This duplex apartment includes a balcony with a lounge area, a barbecue and view to the golf course. The living room is equipped with sofa, a flat-screen and cable TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime). There is also a dining room with a fireplace. The bathroom has a bath, a shower, a bidet and a hairdryer.
On the area above there is a lounge area with a sofa bed and a separate sleeping room with bathroom en suite.
The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances necessary for guests to prepare their own meals. All electric installation are new and in best conditions. In addition, it includes a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Lisbon centre and Sesimbra a small fisher town is both easy reachable in 30 minutes.
