Welcome to my home! Situated in the heart of Funchal, the neighbourhood surrounding our three-bedroom house is a vibrant and bustling area that offers a captivating mix of old-world charm and modern amenities, perfect for a getaway. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. You can also access a furnished terrace with a sea view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals. There are three bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed, while the third has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in hotel.

Check-in is possible beginning at 2 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

On-property smoking is strictly prohibited. If our crew detects proof of a violation of this rule (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we completely reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at the very least.

Please keep in mind that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities with a cap of 80€ will apply.

We supply basic amenities for the first few days, including shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing items, and a garbage bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (when available, extra pair of keys, lost keys, or assistance to access the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen costs the same as a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and linens for two people, if the couch bed is not included).
