It is located on the 1st floor without lift access, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility. My apartment has a single bedroom, bathroom, and open living area. It includes a small sitting area with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, a dining table with high bar stools, and a fully equipped open kitchen with an electric hob, kettle, and washing machine. The balcony outside is also easily accessible, and it has a small table, chairs, and a street view — perfect for people-watching. The bedroom has a double bed lined in hotel-quality linens. Additionally, the main living area sofa can be converted into a bed to accommodate an extra two guests. The bathroom has the basics, plus a shower. Toiletries, hairdryers, and fresh towels are provided at no extra cost. My apartment will be cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy!
