This building is from 1920 and was completely refurbished in 2017. The apartment has 5 bedrooms, living rooms, a big and fully equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces, and other lovely common areas. The satellite TV has English (BBC etc), US, German, French, Italian, and Portuguese channels. Each space has air conditioning. For a group of more than 12 people, both apartments should be rented. You will have a stunning holiday without having to use a car. Batata Beach is only 250 m away, and the beaches of Meia Praia, Praia Dona Ana, and Praia do Camilo are only a few walking minutes away. Nice bakeries and restaurants are very close to the building. Because of the location, the streets are very busy with lots of night activity and are potentially noisy (!)
We would like to welcome you! We are available at any time; we live in Lagos and are only a few minutes away if needed. Doctor and nurse (family; speak Portuguese, German and English) are available if needed. We speak Portuguese, English, German, Spanish and French.
It is a perfect location in the city center and unique for a big family or group of friends which would like to spend their holidays together without having to rent different spaces. The most beautiful shoreline in the world is Portuguese, according to the travel expert team of the Huffington Post (2014). The name of this shoreline is Ponta da Piedade and is located in Lagos, Algarve, only 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Condé Nast Traveller recently published a list of those considered to be the 50 best beaches in the world. In addition to the distinguished Dona Ana beach (10 min. walking distance), which was considered the “best in the world”. Within the natural amphitheater of the Bay of Lagos, which is only a few minutes away, there is a spectacular 27-hole golf course, named Onyria Palmares Golf. A second golf course (Boavista) is only 5 km away. Kids and Children have many facilities around (walking distance): gardens, mini-golf, watersports (snorkeling, surfing, kitesurfing, canoeing, sailing, paddle). Tennis courts 700 m, public indoor-pool 800 m, Riding 5 km, Zoo 6 km, different waterparks like Slide & Splash (30 m drive)
