New house, with a modern and minimalist style, located in a quiet area in Arco da Calheta. Natural light is present in all areas of this friendly and comfortable house, an element that promotes a laid-back and relaxing atmosphere. This property has three bedrooms, two of them with king size bed and window access to the garden (one of them with TV, work space, dressing table, private bathroom with shower and bath) and another with two single beds and private bathroom with shower. In the corridor, next to one of the bedrooms with king size bed, there is also a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a countertop that separates the dining area that connects to the living room. In this open space, you can enjoy good moments at the table or simply rest while watching a good movie. The access to the garden and to the swimming pool can be done through the living room. In this outdoor space, you will also find a barbecue, sun loungers and a hammock.
