Casa da Tartaruga is equipped with the most modern equipment: Daikin air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, electric shutters, aluminum windows with thermal cut and double glazing, 55” Smart TV in the living room, with 130 national and international channels, sound system, Fast Internet speed 500/100Mbps, Wi-Fi and network sockets in all rooms, The kitchenette is equipped with Bosch appliances and has a large kitchen set with coffee, tea, juices, hand blender, toaster and much more. The apartment consists of two bedrooms with natural light, a living room with a balcony, a bathroom with underfloor heating and a laundry room. Our guests can park for free throughout the condominium and have a reserved parking space in the building's garage. The apartment does not have a direct view of the pool or the beach. Located in the charming Urbanização Iberlagos, the property is just 100 meters from the stunning Praia da D. Ana beach, making it a perfect place for families with children who want to enjoy the sun and the sea. In addition, Casa da Tartaruga offers easy access to Praia da D. Ana and the historic center of Lagos, which is just a 10-minute walk away. There, you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, stores and entertainment options to suit all tastes. The complex has a restaurant and bar overlooking the beach, a tennis court, well-kept gardens and 24-hour security. IMPORTANT NOTE: From October 2024, our guests will no longer have free access to the swimming pools. The complex has a swimming pool that was recently purchased by a private company. The pool is in a very poor state of disrepair and has not received the necessary maintenance. For this reason, because of frequent customer complaints and because the apartment insurance may not cover expenses in the event of an accident, Casa da Tartaruga has decided not to renew the contract with this company after the summer of 2024. Any access to the pool by our guests is at their own risk and under the conditions stipulated by the company. Casa da Tartaruga cannot be held responsible in the event of an accident or inability to use the pool. Guest reviews should not take into account the condition of the pool, any relationship with the company or the employees who operate it.
