Apartment with a beautiful and modern decoration, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, toaster, machine for orange juice, blender to make soup, kettle to heat water, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, etc) dining room, Smart TV, free internet, crib and high chair for babies. It has a balcony overlooking Praça do Junqueiro, where you will find several restaurants and pastry shops for breakfast. When we bought this apartment we decided to do a total refurbishment with the aim of renting and receiving people from all over the world, to get to know this pleasant neighborhood, close to Lisbon and Cascais. All the decoration was done by us, with great care, always thinking about all the comfort for our guests. In the apartment we have a file in 4 languages ​​(Portuguese, English, Spanish and French) that explains all the rules and amenities, all appliance instructions and tips for the neighborhood (restaurants, important places, distances to be accounted for, etc).

We like Carcavelos beach and the neighborhood surrounding Praça do Junqueiro, where the apartment is. We live very close to the apartment which facilitates all the support we need to give our guests. We have our professional activities, but we like to receive people, be with friends and enjoy life in the best possible way. That's why we decided to have an apartment to welcome people who like the beach, sun, a friendly neighborhood, with good restaurants and the possibility of practicing many sports. During their stay, we will do our best to help guests with tips and suggestions they may need (tours, restaurants, shops, etc.) We want each guest to feel at home, with all possible comfort and then recommend our apartment to their friends and family.

The biggest attraction of this neighborhood is the beautiful beach of Carcavelos, with its extensive sand and the numerous sports activities that you can practice (surfing, bodyboarding, kite, windsurfing, volleyball, beach tennis, football, etc.), with several types of restaurants and beach bars. Between Carcavelos and the beautiful village of Cascais, which are 15 km away, there are many beaches that you can discover during your stay. Don't miss Cascais, Guincho beach and Sintra, a historic and very beautiful village. The apartment is located in "Praça do Junqueiro" and is a 2-minute walk from Carcavelos Beach. In the "Praça" you can find many restaurants and pastry shops. Next door is the Riviera Shopping Center with many shops and a supermarket for everyday purchases. To practice tennis and padel, Carcavelos Tenis and Padel Club is a two-minute walk away. A little further away, a 5-minute walk away, is the Carcavelos train station to travel to Cascais or Lisbon. If you have a car and want to do some shopping, you can choose between two large shopping centres, Oeiras Parque, around 5 minutes away, or Cascais Shopping, 10 minutes away.
