This nice and modern duplex apartment is located in the tourist center of Funchal, where several hotels, restaurants, stores, beaches and a fantastic promenade where you can end the day with a relaxing walk. With two floors, this apartment is completely remodeled and has large areas in all rooms. On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms, one with a double bed, private bathroom and balcony; and two other bedrooms with two single beds and a common bathroom, one of which allows access to the balcony. The living room and kitchen in open space are located on the lower floor. In this space you will also find a bathroom and access to the balcony with seating area, which offers a fantastic sea view. This apartment has a maximum capacity for six people and is fully equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant vacation in Madeira Island. The property has a parking space.

This property is located in Rampa do Lido, next to an Indian restaurant, a supermarket and the post office branch. It is an area with many services available around, restaurants, bars, hotels, beaches, bike path, promenade, gardens and paddle courts nearby. The nearest Shopping Center (Fórum Madeira) is 900 meters away (3 minutes by car or 13 minutes walk). It will take about 7 to 10 minutes by car to reach the center of Funchal.
