Lisbon Serviced Apartments is the largest operator of short-term stay apartments in Lisbon.
Launched in 2009, with then one building, it has been expanding in a fast and sustainable way offering now more than 150 apartments in the center of Lisbon, soon to reach 300 in 20 buildings after the successful implementation of the ongoing expansion plan.
Since we do not own any of the buildings all our attention is focused on the management of third parties’ buildings, which gives our investors and partners an added guarantee of professionalism and independence, has is stated by our portfolio of large institutional investors as well as small investors (who only have one apartment) .
All apartments are in buildings 100% allocated to the services of Lisbon Serviced Apartments, without the risk of finding the inconvenience of sharing buildings between owner occupiers and tenants.
All accommodations include a daily maid service, linen and bath and the Internet without additional charge to users.
