Our Madeira was established in 2009 by Linda & Ricardo Dias. We have both worked in tourism all our lives, the great majority of which in Madeira, where we live (and where Ricardo hails from). We know how important it is to find the right holiday home for your holiday, and searching through the many websites can be exhausting, time-consuming, and confusing. And of course, you want to make sure you are dealing with a dependable company. Our commitment is to provide a unique, personal service, using our in-depth knowledge of Madeira (our island home) and of all the villas and apartments we feature, to assist you in making the right holiday rental choice. For some of the properties, we just handle the reservations on the owner's behalf, but for others, we take care of the cleaning and maintenance, and we will be there to greet you on arrival at the villa. All the properties are known to us personally. Between us, we have over 60 years of experience in tourism, so we like to think we know what we’re doing! Public transport is plentiful. The bus stop is only 500m away. Taxis are very reasonable, and the nearest rank is only 500 m away. Located in a prime area with superb views over the Atlantic Sea, within short walking distance of Palace Ocean View Apartment you will find a series of cafés and restaurants. A branded supermarket is across the street, and only 400 metres away is the large, branded hypermarket in the Forum Shopping Centre. The Doca do Cavacas natural sea pools and rocky beach with sea access can be found a 500m walk away and the public Ponta Gorda Lido, with access to the sea and facilities, is 1 km away.
