LV Premier FU1 is a spacious 6 bedrooms villa with swimming pool, AC, 25 min away from Faro airport, and 12 min on foot to the Fuseta beach.
Two of the bedrooms are accessible as well as 2 of the bathrooms on the ground floor. The pool has an accessible ramp and rails perfect for those with mobility challenges.
The villa is very spacious with plenty of outdoor space. There are three terraces in the property- the upper terrace with 360 degree views of the Ocean, village and the mountains, the mid terrace is a quiet area perfect to hang out, and the main terrace with the pool, outdoor space, BBQ, loungers and garden. Fully equipped kitchen including capsule coffee maker (including Nespresso) and large air fryer.
There are 4 bicycles, kayak and SUP- all complimentary for guest use. Plus table tennis, table football/Soccer (fussball), darts and more. Optional pool heating (35 euro extra fee). Walk to the Beach- 10min. Additional ocean and bay beaches via boat ride (1-2 euro)

Fuseta is a fishing village with a beach in the Ria plus a ocean beach reachable by boat. Located midway between Olhao and Tavira, it is a quiet area perfect for unwinding. It is near Moncarapacho with a bustling weekend market, and the romantic Luz de Tavira village. In addition to all sea activities, lots of isolated beaches accessible on foot or by boat, there are superb golf courses less than 30 min away
