The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful coastal areas of the Algarve, 150 meters from Praia da Rocha, with a bit of sea view and view over the Arade river. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen with an east-facing balcony, a living room with a south-facing balcony and even a private parking space. New airconditionals and double-glazed sound- and heat-insulated windows have been installed in the apartment. In the bedrooms you can find two desks and chairs, which serve as a remont work place. Its surroundings are made up of a huge range of services. Registration number: 131685/AL
