A modern, cozy and well equipped house with three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room and an outside space. Ideal for families or group of friends who want to spend some time in Gaia / Porto. A few minutes walk from the Cais de Gaia, there is public transport practically on the doorstep and shops at the nearby the house.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is composed of old houses inhabited by local people. Despite being situated in the center of the city of Vila Nova de Gaia, the neighbors are generally know each other and are very helpful. The neighborhood is very safe, you will not have problems walking at night or leaving the car parked on the street.
