My name is Vasco Durão and I'm an Electric Engineer that works from 2016 with my wife Sofia, that is an Interior Designer. We work in touristic activities since 2016 as short renting, hotel renovations and related services. We love to travel and we had the recent opportunity to have been in different countries and continents, like in the United States of America, Brasil, Bali, all around Europe, Istanbul, Morocco, South Africa, Maldives Islands, Macau and Hong Kong, Uruguay (Punta del Leste) and so on. From that experience we know what is the value of a great stay, accommodation and support when we are travelling around the world. My favorite hobbies are surfing and tennis. About surfing I'm a huge fan of the sport and I can give great tips for the best spots and conditions for surfing, my favorite spots are Guincho, the Estoril Coast, Ericeira and Peniche. I was a international rugby player for the portuguese team and played for the Cascais team for many years.

Ocean Center Apartments had been completed renovated and decorated in the beginning of 2017. The investment and management of this property is made by SD Interior Design & Rentals. We are primarily expertise in decoration and interior design and have developed since 2016 the activity of short renting and related touristic services. This property has the "Clean & Safe" certification assigned by the Turismo de Portugal given to all properties and accomodations that follows specific requirements to guaranty the better procedures of cleaning. Stay with us. A surcharge of 20 EUR applies for arrivals and departures after the stipulated times (check-in 4pm-10pm and check-out by 11am). All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Quiet and safe neighborhood in the center of Cascais Villa and on the beach. Complete mobility options like buses, railway train, taxis, bike sharing. Very good access by car with public parking available, in 1 minute walk. 5 to 10 minutes walk from big supermarkets, Jumbo and Pingo Doce, Shopping Center Cascais Villa. 10 minutes by car from CascaisShopping. Connection to Lisbon Metro in Cais Sodré last station of Cascais railway line. We'll provide guides and touristic maps with our suggestions for the main places, monuments and beaches to go and all the existing activities. Perfect location to travel around Lisbon and Sintra. 15 min from Guincho beach by car and 1 hour by highway from Peniche and Nazaré, where it takes place various events from World Surf League. World class golf courses around. These apartments have the best location in Cascais area, practically on the beach and at the centre of Cascais Villa, 30 seconds walk. 1MIN walk from the train station to Lisbon, at 20 to 30 min by train, Macdonald, Bike Sharing, with 96 km's of bike ways, public indoor parking. Apartments for a maximum of 10 people with 3 suites, two with a double bed.
