Oporto Rental Management was born in 2015 by the will of four young friends: Rosa and Tânia. ORM was born from the combination of the main passions of its founders: the city of Porto and its cultural characteristics; architecture and decoration; gastronomy and photography and, above all, contact with different cultures. The project is based on the support and guidance of owners of properties located in the city centre who wish to direct their homes towards the tourism market. It also involves the design and decoration of these same spaces, giving them, in this way, a unique identity that translates into an extremely positive reaction from our guests. Our project culminates in the total management of the property, which includes the organisation and preparation of these spaces for tourism rental. Thus, with our dedication and daily work we have been able to win over all those who visit us and who show the greatest intention of repeating their experiences with our team.

Apartment located on the 3rd floor of a century-old building totally rehabilitated, in which the old façade was kept, in the heart of the historic center of the city of Porto. Open space apartment with 2 single beds, living room with double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and rooftop balcony. Building without elevator. Ideal for 2-4 people. Prices vary according to the seasons. Self check-in or personal check-in (as your preference): Check-in: from 17:00 Check-out: until 11:00 (We are flexible, depending on availability and with prior notice) Late personal check-in (after 22h): additional fee of 30 euros. There's no extra charge for self check-ins after 22h.
