The recently renewed building is in the heart of UNESCO’s Heritage and contiguous to Arco de Almedina, an ancient gateway to the walled city in medieval times. The distance to the train station is 400 meters, the secular university is about 5 minutes walking and to Portugal dos Pequenitos is 12 minutes in the other margin of Modego river, among many other points of interest. which by the centrality are easy and quick to find. The number and size of the windows allows you to enjoy all the luminosity of Coimbra without compromising the sound comfort achieved by soundproofing. Of note is that it is one of the few buildings in the historic area with elevator, which after a day of visit is very pleasant. The space, in addition to the necessary crockery, has all the necessary equipment and facilities to make your stay comfortable, including fridge, microwave, coffee / tea maker, electric kettle, crockery or safe. The careful and timeless decoration transports you to the conviviality of one of the city's greatest figures, the musician Carlos Paredes.

Located in the historical part of the city, it has all the offer in terms of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and cultural spaces, being nevertheless a very quiet area at night which guarantees the necessary rest. Being in a central part of the city many points of interest can be visited on foot. However, there is a wide range of public transport options, from regular buses, to tourist buses, to Tuk-Tuk, or by taxi.
