Paradellas Houses Residences is a family-run company created in 2013 and based in Lisbon city centre. We provide guests with beautiful places to stay, travel, and work abroad. From the heart of our cities to the depth of the Portuguese Costa Azul, we put our heart, soul, and wanderlust into providing forever travellers with a new and exciting way to explore Portugal.  Paradellas Houses focuses on managing and operating hotels, apartment hotels, guest houses and other accommodations, blending these spaces into beautifully designed accommodations with local experiences. We provide an accommodation solution for every budget, from luxury city centre suites to beautiful beach villas and charming country houses. In 2022 Paradellas Houses opened The Built Environment and Architecture department which mainly focuses on custom-built accommodations for today’s traveller's needs, providing our guests with a great network to travel and discover the best places around Portugal. PH is a multidisciplinary family operating with a team and friends from all over the world.

PH Downtown suites is a typical Portuguese accommodation in the heart of Lisbon. Right in the center, our location could not be more perfect. We are steps away from the famous square of Comércio (Praça do Comércio, also known as Terreiro do Paço) and the Tagus River. We are just in the historical buildings of Baixa (Baixa-Chiado) and in a walking distance of all Lisbon historical center from the Castle and Alfama to Chiado and Bairro-Alto. Our independent building gives privacy and comfort to our Guests while it has the timeless charm of the history of a building built at the time of the reconstruction of the city. We are very close to the metro station of Baixa-Chiado and the boat station of Terreiro do Paço.
