Luxurious duplex flat with terrace and stunning sea views. Comprising 3 floors: Floor 0: Entrance hall, lounge with integrated kitchen and bathroom. 1st floor: Hall, 3 bedrooms with wardrobes and a bathroom. 2nd floor: Imposing terrace with sea views, shower area and gas BBQ. It has air conditioning (hot and cold), cable TV and WI-FI. The flat is situated in the Aldeamento Turístico da Prainha, located by the sea. It extends for 35 hectares over the cliff, with direct access to Prainha and Praia dos Três Irmãos, with small clusters of flats and villas, among gardens for pleasant walks without leaving the resort, small squares and streets with exclusive pedestrian access. - A security deposit of EUR 900 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: In accordance with municipal legislation applicable since 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in: - In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2 per person, per night. - In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1 per person, per night. Obs: - The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over. The costs of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use. Counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated). Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash. Electricity and water included in each 30-day booking, depending on the type of accommodation: T3: 350 Kwhs and 14 m3. If the surplus is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw the value of the deposit.

The apartment is located in the Aldeamento Turístico da Prainha, located by the sea, extends for 35 ha over the cliff, with direct access to Prainha and Praia dos Três Irmãos, with small sets of apartments and villas, between gardens for pleasant walks without leaving the resort, small squares and streets with exclusive access for pedestrians. This is the ideal place for a relaxing family holiday or with friends. You will also find a wide range of services and equipment for all ages, such as 3 outdoor swimming pools for adults and 2 for children, including the Atlantic, in the shape of a shell, on the top of the cliff and overlooking the sea, the built-in elevator on the rocks (unique in the Algarve) for access to the beach, 4 restaurants, tennis courts, paddle tennis and much more! The surrounding area is quiet, close to the best golf courses in the region and just 2 km from Alvor and Praia da Rocha.
