Upon arrival at the apartment, guests will be greeted by a member of our team, who will give them the key to the apartment and check that everything in the accommodation is in accordance with their needs. In addition to being available to resolve any situation that may arise during your stay, our team will be ready to provide advice on dining establishments, if you wish, or to help guests who want to take part in activities such as canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, excursions, or others.

Welcome to the Private Terrace Refúgio, a cozy apartment with a terrace boasting an extraordinary view of the sea, perfect for those seeking a relaxing beach vacation. Located in the heart of Sesimbra, just a 1-minute walk from the beach, this retreat is surrounded by numerous establishments such as cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, and much more. It is, therefore, the ideal getaway for those eager to savor local cuisine and immerse themselves in Sesimbra's culture. The apartment features two bedrooms, one queen and one double bed, including a dedicated office space and high speed internet for remote work. The living room is a lovely space with a pleasant atmosphere, enhanced by a small, comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen including a full sized fridge and gas stove, is perfectly equipped for guests to prepare your own meals if you so wish. Climbing the stairs to the terrace, guests are faced with a beautiful scenery of sky and sea overlooking Sesimbra's small harbor, surrounded by picturesque rooftops of the typical buildings in the oldest and most culturally rich part of town. Other things to note: Although the maximum occupancy is listed as 6 people, the apartment can only accommodate either 5 adults, or 4 adults and 2 children under 12 years old, as the sofa bed is not wide enough for 2 adults to sleep comfortably.
