We are a traditional Madeirense quinta with a touch of English inspiration. It's an estate with 2,000 square meters of gardens which call for walks between different view points and other hidden gems. The gazebo located in the property gives you the most scenic views over the Bay offering you the best company throughout your meals. This villa gives you an exclusive view of the NYE firework show. At your disposal there is a salt water pool that can be heated for an additional fee, and a jacuzzi with ocean view. The Quinta was recently renovated and the interiors were carefully chosen to assure that you'll feel at home when you're away from home. This isn't a typical Airbnb home. Here we're sharing our home with you. Romanticism has also been a major inspiration for the whole design of the house but never neglecting the comfort of the 21st century. On the ground floor, we enter directly into the family room with a sitting area with a TV and a dining room with a table for 8 people. In the middle, a piano and a guitar for those who have the talent. Right before entering the kitchen there's an old wood oven converted into a fireplace, not exactly for heating but for creating an atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen with an XL fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso, drip coffee maker, French press...) Basically you'll find everything you need to prepare, cook, serve and even store your meals. Upstairs we have another living room with a smart-TV, Cable channels, Internet Router and sound surround system. It's also on the 1st floor where bedrooms are located. We have the "Sunrise Suite" with private toilette and terrace and the "Bayview" and "Sunset" which are rooms that have a shared bathroom. We also dispose of a "Boudoir" dressing room for extra closet space and a place to store your luggage or other belongings. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living rooms.

Quinta Belmonte, located in the center of the Monte perish offers a privileged view over Funchal and its Bay. Just across the street there is the Quinta Jardins do Imperador (Emperor's Gardens) former residence of the Emperor Charles from Austria and since 2023 the Museum of Romanticism. On the neighbouring street one can fall in love with the luscious gardens of Monte Palace. The famous tobogganing and cable car are which take you directly to Funchal are just a few meters away from the house.
