Quinta do Feliz is a stunning T2 villa nestled on a hillside, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the sea. As you step inside, you’ll immediately be struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan living area is the heart of the villa, with large windows that flood the space with natural light and provide unobstructed views of the ocean. Unwind in spacious rooms adorned with king-size beds, offering a restful haven after your adventures. Every room boasts its own private WC, ensuring comfort and privacy. Whether you're seeking quiet moments in our designated reading spots or staying connected with WiFi, modern amenities seamlessly complement the villa's natural allure. The swimming pool can be heated upon request with extra fee (minimum 5 days). The request to heat the swimming pool must by at least 5 days in advance and will be confirmed with the payment notice. On cold days, the pool heating may not be enough to reach 27ºC. Cleaning is done before check-in and there is weekly cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels. Due to the climate, there are also insects and lizards in the rural surroundings, which may be attracted to food scraps. For those who are uncomfortable with the presence of insects and lizards, we do not recommend staying in a rural area.

The house is in a rural area at 3.5 km from the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach, restaurants and cafes. Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira. A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers. Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities. The property has access to the main roads.
