The house has a privileged situation by the proximity of the countryside - rural life - simultaneously with the City, embraced by the wonderful view of the sea. Situated to the south of the island you can admire the wonderful sunsets it provides us. For photography lovers you can record moments of magic. The quiet allows the necessary calm for a relaxing holiday. The house is decorated a mixed from classic to modern. Being a house with a tradition of 80 years was not destroyed the initial moth, however the modernization of bathrooms and kitchen were inevitable. The gardens and fruit yard are a complement in the 2600m2 property. For welcoming, you have a bottle of white wine, fruit and biscuits basket.
Retired from the professional life at telecommunications, I do continue the legacy of my beloved wife. The healthy and calm life outside the bustle of the big cities is what awaits you, and I will be happy to give you more details about the place / region, which in good time you have chosen to enjoy, meeting new people, places, and perhaps some history to which this region is associated.
Feteiras is a small parish (member of the municipality of Ponta Delgada) is very close to the ex libris of Sete Cidades providing trails of unique beauty, and enjoying his beautiful Lagoons. The proximity of the parish of Ginetes with its warm thermal waters at Ponta da Ferraria, and also parish of Mosteiros with potencial whale watching and sandy beach, are part of the western of the Island
