Quinta Glamping – a luxury boutique off-grid glamping experience with Yurts & Bell Tents. Nestled in the foothills of the Monchique mountains, only 20 minutes from the Algarve coast and less than an hour from Faro airport, surrounded by unspoilt nature. Set on a 20-acre property, featuring a secluded saltwater swimming pool, adjacent BBQ cabana & bar, free WiFi, extensive gardens encompassing a children’s playground, large playing field for ball sports, 2 lakes, and extensive natural walkways. Each glamping pod is furnished to a high standard, with comfort and luxury, including a king size double bed, 2 single beds, a private en-suite bathroom, private sun terrace with stunning lake and countryside views, equipped with individual BBQ facilities, a stove ring, full size fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and a full set of kitchenware. The Yurts are fully insulated and have air-conditioning for additional comfort all year round – all electricity supplied by photovoltaic renewable solar power. Take a walk to the highest point on the property and admire the breathtaking panoramic views, from the Monchique mountains in the North, to the Atlantic Ocean in the South. Parents of a young family, my wife and I decided to raise our two boys to be more in touch with nature, rather than being glued to electronic devices. An enormous objective, but we are trying! As a family our door is always open, welcoming friends & family to our Quinta, hosting birthday parties, events, BBQ's and general get togethers – any excuse for a party! So, we decided to extend the invitation further and offer a luxury Glamping facility.

Whilst Quinta Glamping is set in a secluded spot, away from the mainstream tourism, the local area offers all necessities within 10-15 minutes drive, for example, a supermarket, good local butchers, ATM, as well as several fabulous restaurants serving truly traditional Portuguese cuisine. Being located in the Algarve, Quinta Glamping has countless tourist attractions within easy reach, and several beautiful beaches just 20 minutes down the road; Meia Praia (Lagos), Praia do Alvor and Praia de Rocha, to name a few. Or, if you want to get away from the busy coast, head inland to the gorgeous Monchique mountains.
