Common. Good light provided by several windows, has a balcony balcony, semi-covered with 8m2 at the entrance that allows to put a dining table or a sun lounger. Garden in front and side of the house.

Neighbourhood information

Retur is a villa urbanization of the early 80's very quiet, inserted in a pine forest area, next to the beach. Surrounding area of pine forest with marked pedestrian and bike circuits, which allow fantastic walks along the dunes of the beach with the possibility of observation and interaction with nature and that can take you to the area of Monte Gordo or Praia Verde.
