Regarding parking
Algarve is the perfect place to rent a car if you want to explore many areas in a short time! From our Guesthouse you wil reach every corner of the Algarve within a 2h drive and it's free to park everywhere in Alvor. It's possible to park on our street but if you want to stay out of the narrow streets of the old town we recommend to park in the harbour, only a few minutes walk to our guesthouse.
Young and fearless we started dreaming of moving from Sweden to a warmer place where we could turn our jobs into a lifestyle. We fell in love with Alvor right away - the nature, the people and all the things there is to do around here. Rooftop Guesthouse is our dream project and our vision is to offer different holiday solutions for you depending on the season. Rent the whole house and let's hunt vineyards, try surfing or hike among the cliffs! The sun is shining all year around so every month have it's own charm!
Alvor is a small fishing village that offer more than 140 restaurants and live mostly all year around. We have a magical lagoon in front of the town that offer boattrips and different water activities. From our Rooftop Guesthouse there is only a 900m walk to the beach. If you want to stay active during your holiday there are plenty of things to do such as golf, padel, yoga, biking, hiking, stand up paddle board, kitesurfing, surfing or why not try skydiving?
Regarding parking
Algarve is the perfect place to rent a car if you want to explore many areas in a short time! From our Guesthouse you wil reach every corner of the Algarve within a 2h drive and it's free to park everywhere in Alvor. It's possible to park on our street but if you want to stay out of the narrow streets of the old town we recommend to park in the harbour, only a few minutes walk to our guesthouse.
