Being in the city center is a privilege. Having the freedom to leave home and get to the various points of interest without much effort is ideal for those who like to get to know the city on foot. This pleasant city apartment, located on one of the city's main arteries, is close to the main accesses to the highway that connects the east, west and north of the island, as well as the streets that give access to the city center. Simply decorated, practical and functional, the apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, dining table and natural light. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook your own meals. The property has air conditioning and can accommodate a maximum of four people. If you want to rent a car, you can park for free in the building's garage.
