The property has beautiful front line sea views from all principle rooms and all 3 bedrooms.
There is a large private 10 meter heated pool heated to 28 degrees all year around (no additional cost for pool heating)
With terrace for your sole use, again with direct sea views
It is a large property and newly furnished in 2023.
2 stories, spiral staircase, off street parking for several cars
The beautiful seaside village of Ponta do Sol with restaurants and bars is a 15 minute downhill walk from the property. There is also a local bar & cafe close by. There is a taxi rank in Ponta do Sol. A bus stop for buses to Funchal is outside the property. The famous Levada do Moinho waterfall walk starts close by. The property is 160 meters above sea level, being closer to the sea than many Villas in the valleys
