Our Madeira was established in 2009 by Linda & Ricardo Dias. We have both worked in tourism all our lives, the great majority of which in Madeira, where we live (and where Ricardo hails from). We know how important it is to find the right holiday home for your holiday, and searching through the many websites can be exhausting, time-consuming, and confusing. And of course, you want to make sure you are dealing with a dependable company. Our commitment is to provide a unique, personal service, using our in-depth knowledge of Madeira (our island home) and of all the villas and apartments we feature, to assist you in making the right holiday rental choice. For some of the properties, we just handle the reservations on the owner's behalf, but for others, we take care of the cleaning and maintenance, and we will be there to greet you on arrival at the villa. All the properties are known to us personally. Between us, we have over 60 years of experience in tourism, so we like to think we know what we’re doing! Our wonderful and dedicated team also come from many different areas of Tourism and bring with them a wealth of knowledge and customer care. Access is via a set of outdoor steps, and upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed into a very spacious open-plan living area, thoughtfully designed to combine comfort and functionality. For those requiring to work from home, a working area with a large desk and two chairs and plenty of shelving, perfect for remote work or planning your visits. A large, enveloping comfortable sofa invites you to relax, while the air conditioning ensures a pleasant atmosphere year-round. Adjacent to the living space is a dining area, ideal for enjoying meals prepared in the fully equipped console kitchen. Off the living area are the master bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds are complemented by a family bathroom.

The apartment is perfectly nestled in the peaceful near a wooded area in Prazeres. The nearest facilities are a restaurant and a café only 400m away from the apartment. The nearest mini market is 1.1 km away. There are some additional country mini-markets bars and snack-bars in the surrounding countryside areas, easily accessible by car. Prazeres offers the perfect mix of weather and countryside; many walks are available in the surrounding countryside and there is direct road access to the Paul da Serra plateau. The resort of Calheta with its man-made beach, branded supermarket and more cafés and restaurants, is 8Km away, easily accessed via the expressway in 10 minutes driving time. Funchal is an easy 50-minute drive via expressway and motorway, and the airport a further 10 minute drive
