This spacious modern villa is centrally located in the touristic town of Portimão. Within 200m of the new EPIC Fitness Centre, 1.5km from the Aqua shopping, and 4km to the nearest beach. 3 bedrooms ( 2 double beds + 1 twin) Shared bathroom with shower Dining table seats 6+ Modern kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge freezer with automatic water dispenser Private outdoor area with BBQ and pool ( 2.60x1.60mx65cm) *Baby cot, high chair and potty available upon request
Located in a residential area (secondary road) with little to no traffic movement. Within walking distance to coffee shops, mini-markets and public transportation stops.
