Clever Details is management company based in Vilamoura, our office is near the casino. We have available a 24h emergency number. All of our self catering villas and apartments have a Municipal Rental Licence (AL) which includes fire safety equipment and electricity and gas inspection. IMPORTANT: Check in from 16:00h until 18:00h. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed by CleverDetails. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 18:00h: between 18:00h and 24:00h - 35 euros; between 24:00h and 01:00h - 50 euros; between 01:00h and 09:00h - 100 euros (subject to availability). The client must have a minimum age of 30 years old to be able to book accommodation with CleverDetails, Lda., throughout the all stay a person with a minimum age of 30 years old should remain in the accommodation. A valid identification document with photograph must be showed on arrival.

This beautifully renovated 4 bedroomed villa is in a super location near to the centre of Vilamoura and is only 10 minutes walk to the marina and beaches.There is a wonderful feeling of space and light throughout the villa and it has been decorated to a very high standard. The lounge has sliding patio door leading out to an outside covered lounge patio area and then to lush private gardens with beautiful plants and exotic trees. Surrounding the villa and there are fabulous sun terraces with outside dinning table and chairs, for dining al fresco and a gas BBQ. Oven, hob,toaster, kettle, coffee percolator, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. TV, DVD, 4 seater settee, 3 seater settee, fireplace,dining table with 6 chairs, twin beds. walk in shower, toilet,wash hand basin, bidet. Master bedroom en-suite: double bed, air conditioning, large shower, wash hand basin,toilet, large terrace, double bed, air conditioning, shower, wash hand basin,toilet, terrace, twin beds, air conditioning, terrace. Swimming pool dining table with 8 chairs, 8 sun loungers, covered patio with 3 seater and 2 seater settees and chairs, small lily pond, gas BBQ, sun umbrella.
