Property information

Villa Esmeralda has a modern style decoration, it has a private pool overlooking the ocean, a terrace around the house overlooking the sea. Located in a countryside area, in a quiet location, yet close to the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The ideal place for those who want to rest, enjoying privacy, comfort and a wide view of the ocean and the Algarve coast. Outside there is a dining area that also has a barbeque. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a dining area. It has 3 bedrooms, two of which have a private bathroom. The rooms are air-conditioned. Wi-Fi Internet and cable TV are available for free. Television is a SmartTV. It has a private car park with capacity for 3 vehicles. Please note that: - due to its location, if you rent Villa Esmeralda you are advised to have your own transport; - access to the villa is via a staircase, which is why it is not advisable to rent it to anyone with mobility problems; - the swimming pool does not have a child safety fence, which is why it is not advisable to hire it for those with small children who cannot swim.

With one of the best views in the area of Albufeira, due to its elevated location, you can enjoy a wide view of the sea and the Algarve coast. Within a radius of 3 kilometers there are the main beaches in Albufeira: São Rafael, Arrifes, Coelha; Evaristo, Manuel Lourenço, Castelo and Galé. Villa Esmeralda is undoubtedly the right choice for those looking for tranquility and comfort for their holidays, with a central and privileged location and an endless view.
