От аэропорта 10 минут на машине. Апартамент расположен на втором этаже виллы, имеет две независимые зоны: спальня и гостиная с кухонной зоной. Из гостиной вы попадаете на ЛИЧНУЮ террасу (только для этих апартаменнтов) с зоной для отдыха на свежем воздухе, шезлонгами и обеденной зоной. Спальня с кроватью 160x200, матрас очень удобный, шкаф для одежды, телеыизор и рабочая зона. Очень тихие КОНДИЦИНЕРЫ в каждой комнате. Горячая и холодная вода круглосуточно. Высокоскоростной интернет. Насладитесь великолепным видом на океан, поднявшись на созданную с искренней заботой о гостях, ОБЩУЮ террасу 3 этажа! В этом уникальном общем пространстве вас ждет зона барбекю, большой обеденный стол и зона для отдыха. Терраса на 3 этаже доступна для всех гостей Виллы Хелена (2 апартамента). Наши апартаменты на Вилле – идеальное место для пар, кто ищет спокойный и умиротворяющий отдых. Мы приглашаем гостей, ценящих тишину и комфорт. Мы очень ценим спокойствие наших гостей, поэтому в нашем доме не проводятся вечеринки и громкие мероприятия.
Бесплатная парковка рядом на улице. Места для парковки достаточно. Проблем с парковкой нет. До 6 минут пешком пляж Reis Magos где вы можете насладиться купанием в океане и водными развлечениями. Доступ к пляжу-Лидо Галомар находится в 5 минутах пешком. Рядом множество кафе, ресторанов и магазинов. Остановка общественного комфортабельного автобуса до Фуншала в 3 минутах пешком. Любители гольфа могут насладиться сложными раундами гольфа. Поле для гольфа PALHEIRO находится в 12 минутах езды. Классические холмы, хребты, глубокие долины и пешеходные дорожки были включены в местность, чтобы создать драматически интересное поле с потрясающими видами.
