It is a nice holiday house with a separated guestroom. The vivenda has a master bedroom, a room with a bunk bed and a bath room. There is a living room with TV and air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, micro waiver, oven and fridge. Very near to the house at the property is the guestroom which has its own bath room and a double bed with a large cupboard. The large garden has a beautiful view and a terrace where you will enjoy your daily meals or a perfect BBQ and of course a dive into the private pool. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that no parties or events may be held on the property.
We are a family with two boys (14 & 18 years). We are Dutch, but the lady of the house speaks perfect Portuguese. We bought this house in 2005 because of the beautiful view and we still enjoy it every summer. As of 2016 we rent out the house because we only visit Portugal once a year and the rest of the year the house was closed.
The Vivenda is situated in a small village Pêra do Meio which is very quiet. But just go out of the village and find out the Beach of Costa da Caparica (2.2 km), the shopping Centre Almada Forum (4 km). Visit the small shops and nice restaurants of Costa da Caparica and Trafaria. In Trafaria (3 km) you can take the ferry to Lisbon City Centre and do not forget to enjoy the trip where you can make beautiful pictures on the Tagus from the bridge 25 de Abril and from the Cristo Rei statue.
