The Well’Come! brand was launched in 2016, but the adventure begins even before that date. Our hostel in the Algarve was the first in Faro, in 2008, and the first on the booking site in 2014. Over the years, we have grown in terms of staff and space, offering a wide range of options for all types of travellers. After the pandemic, we were forced to downsize our operations and we took this opportunity to develop something we had wanted to do for a long time: focus on sustainability. We currently manage one Green Key certified property, the Greenth Avenue, and we look forward to expanding our commitment and philosophy to other locations. When you book with us, you can expect a friendly, welcoming and familiar team that will greet you and assist you throughout your stay — while promoting awareness and practises for more sustainable tourism.

At The Greenth Avenue, we are committed to reducing the environmental and social impact of our activities. We believe it is possible to travel and have memorable experiences while being conscious of the impact our actions have on our planet. Without compromising the quality of service for our guests, we are committed to implementing best practises on a daily basis, such as the efficient use of natural resources (water and energy), responsible waste management, the use and promotion of local and organic products, as well as raising awareness and encouraging our guests to adopt more sustainable behaviour to reduce their carbon footprint. Our aim is also to promote awareness of environmental protection and respect for local traditions and cultures. We want to contribute every day to a more responsible and conscious tourism that preserves resources for future generations. The Greenth Avenue is centrally located in the city centre of Faro, in the city's most upmarket district. The double, twin and triple rooms have access to a private or shared bathroom. Free WiFi is available throughout the house. Guests have access to a communal kitchen where they can prepare their own meals, a modern living room and a small garden with vegetables and herbs that they can use.

Greenth Avenue is ideally located just 600 metres from the Municipal Market, where you will find the Loja do Cidadão, an Auchan supermarket and a variety of fresh produce stalls on the ground floor — with fruit, vegetables, fish, seafood, bread, meat, flowers, cereals and much more. We are only a 7-minute walk from a pharmacy and 900 metres from a private hospital. The nearest petrol station is only 400 metres away. Just two minutes from our door is the Mata do Liceu, a green area (ideal for walking, running or having a picnic) with a bus stop (serves several bus lines). The lively Rua de Santo António is just a 9-minute walk away, while the charming old town, the bars and marina is just a 15-minute walk away. The bus stations EVA and Proximo (local, regional and national buses) are 15 minutes walk away. The railway station (CP) is 20 minutes walk away.
