It must be understood that if check out is until 12:00, if you wish to enter at 04:00 the house MAY be occupied by the previous day's guest. Therefore, check in is subject to availability. If the house is NOT occupied, there is no inconvenience in the entry at that time. Check availability by phone at any time.

VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards are also accepted.

IMPORTANT: For dates with many reservations (e.g. championships or sports tournaments, rental of several houses, or for large amounts) a deposit will be requested to secure the reservation. This can be by credit card link, PayPal or money order. For dates like these, reservations without a deposit will not be accepted. Refusing to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation, if it has already been made.
