Company information

It's a family holiday home with a large garden that makes you feel at home. The green setting and the birdsong are very relaxing and allow you to disconnect and recharge your batteries. We are welcoming, responsive, attentive and full of resources for planning your stay.

Property information

La case Moana is a renovated period house with 4 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom. The king-size beds are memory foam. Each bedroom has its own screen connected to Netflix and Canal+. The house is fully air-conditioned. Modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The 8.5x4m swimming pool has a maximum depth of 1.90m and is secured by an alarm. It is heated in the southern winter (May to September). The 5-seater jacuzzi is comfortably installed under a bioclimatic pergola. The brazier is a great place to share a barbecue. A children's play area with petanque area and table tennis. The hermitage les bains lagoon is less than 5 minutes' walk away. Parking for 8 cars. Not overlooked, the location is calm and relaxing. The pool house is a 25m2 outbuilding that provides extra sleeping space with its 160x200 bed. It has its own shower room.

Neighbourhood information

La Case Moana is located in the Filaos housing estate. This means that there is a dense vegetation with many green spaces strewn with Filaos, flamboyants... Access to the beach takes less than 5 minutes. There are many restaurants and snack bars within a 5-minute walk, open for lunch and dinner. L'Hermitage town centre can be reached in 3 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot. On the Mall du Rodrigues you'll find a supermarket, a number of restaurants/beaches and the market
