The villa has 450 m2 built and is situated at 1350 m altitude between Bucegi Mountains and Piatra Craiului Mountains. The land of 3800 m2 offers a nice garden with direct view to the mountains in the front and a small forest on the back. It offers a generous living room,3 bedrooms with bathrooms in each,2 bedrooms connected by one bathroom and 2 bedrooms with one separate bathroom. A fitness room is avaible,a tennis table,an outside barbecue,a small basket court,bow and arrows,an inside pizza wood oven and a swimming pool in the summer time. Tourist can reach the property from the road between Brasov-Pitesti. The distance to Bran Castle is 22 km and Brasov is 45km.
