Stylish one bedroom, fully equipped apartment situated on the ground floor of a 4 storrey appartment building, in a very quiet and well positioned neighborhood, close to the main mall of Sibiu, city centre, large square and county hospital. The flat is fully furnished offering a fully equipped kitchen, a well organised bathroom, easy access, a sofa and a flat screen TV with streaming services in the living room, a bedroom with a wardrobe and king size bed also with a flat screen TV. A private parking place is also provided, even though there is planty of parking space so if the guests come with more then one car, they’ll find a place to park. A washing machine, hairdryer, iron table and iron, coffee machine, toaster, electric oven, kettle and all necessary dishes are alao provided and the flat has a big balcony as well. The property is heated and air conditioned.
Family living close by, proud to offer guests excellent accommodation services and happy to point out points of interest as all of us are born and raised here in Sibiu, Romania.
The neighborhood is placed just perfect, away from the noise of the city centre but not too far from it. The Large square is 1.2miles (2km) away, the Promenada mall (the mall of Sibiu) is 1km away, there are more minimarkets and local markets on site and the county Hospital is also very close, as well as the private hospitals of Medlife. The neighborhood is quiet and well organized. An electric car charge service is also provided in the limits of the neighborhood.
