Ultra-central apartment, with 2 bedrooms and a living room, with 2 private parking lots, clean, spacious, elegant, very good quality items - all to provide you a pleasant stay! The premium apartment, with 3 separate rooms, with a usable area of 84 sq m, is located on the 5th / 8th floor in the block with Policlinica Gral Medical, on Cuza Voda street no. 6; it consists of a living room with balcony, 2 bedrooms (with double beds), spacious hall, kitchen with a pantry and 2 bathrooms. The large bathroom is provided with ventilation, walk-in shower, bidet, sink, toilet, hair dryer, etc., and the small bathroom has outside ventilation, toilet, sink and washing machine. The block staircase is recently painted, is provided with a new elevator, intercom and video surveillance cameras. The apartment is spacious, recently renovated, very clean, has double glazed windows, ventilated roller shutters and mosquito net roller (all QFort brand), granite window sills, oak interior doors, secure entrance door made of solid wood - oak, good quality sanitary wares

The apartment being located ultra-centrally benefits from multiple facilities, in the immediate vicinity: medical clinic, banks, shops, supermarket, fitness room, restaurants and cafes, pharmacies, park, central market, means of transport. The access to the multi-level car parking, located right next to the block, is made on the basis of a magnetic card, 1-2 parking lots can be provided.
