The penthouse is located in the Militari district, not far from the Plaza Shopping Mall, the AFI Shopping Mall and in a quiet location on Lake Morii. The center (Old Town) is not far from the apartment. The apartment has a view over Bucharest and lake Morii. The penthouse is luxuriously furnished. High-quality parquet, a modern built-in kitchen with Home Connect devices such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with microwave, ceramic hob and Nespresso coffee machine round off a grey kitchen.
Informace o okolí
The daily need for food can be covered by the Lidl market behind the house. Shops and public transport are in the immediate vicinity. The residential area is quietly located on the lake. A developed way at the lake invites to daily walks. The leisure offer is comprehensive. The Club Sportiv 2000 is within walking distance and offers gym, pool and tennis facilities.
Public transport can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. Taxi to the city center (old town) costs about 4 EURO. Taxi to large shopping centers (there are many in the area) are within walking distance or further by taxi (about 3 EURO). The bus stop is right on the street.
