The studio has been newly renovated, the furniture, the bathroom, the kitchen, everything is new. The space is situated in the centre of Oradea also known as km 0 of the city, close to all the historical architectural attraction, 100m away from the theather. The studio has been reimagined and redesigned based on the feedback received from our guest. The studio is on the first floor of an historical building from 1903. The guest will have access an the hallway and on the balcony. You will have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully-equipped. All guest will be treated very nice by there Super Host. Any advise in what to visit and what to explore in the beautiful city of Oradea will be provided. No smoking. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. No parties. Guests will have to respect the neighbours. Between 10 p.m. and 08 a.m. it's time to be quite.

I studied law in my home town. During the faculty I was very lucky to travel all over Europe and USA. This made me very fortunate, because traveling is changing your view about everything and makes you realise how beautiful life can be. I love being a tourist and I know what I need when I am traveling in a foreign city or country. The entire concept of this Boutique Studio is based on the need of the people how are abroad.

Oradea is the only city from Romania who can be proud of its unique art nouveau architectural assembly. After a long period of construction sites, the city centre has been completely redone. The entire central square has been given back to the tourist pedestrians, who can now enjoy the real value of this city. Living, studying, playing, working out, walking, partying, socialising, or simply just enjoying the every day life everything is 3 minutes away from you. Oradea is waiting for you.
