This 278 m2 penthouse is unique in the resort, probably the best place to enjoy your holiday both in winter and summer time with your family and friends. Offering a spectacular view, a generous balcony, a huge living room and very comfortable rooms, the property is located in Poiana Brasov Silver Mountain Resort, 3.5 km from Capra Neagra Cable Car accessible both by private car and public transport (every 30 minutes from the resort with bus no 60 between 8.00 am and 10.00 pm). Here are a few things to enjoy during your stay: - free wifi - a chimney and wood for fire - a fully equipped kitchen and dining area - safe with private code - heated floors - flat TV screens in all rooms with Cable and NETFLIX - private indoor parking - restaurant, spa, massage, bathtub, sauna and pool in nearby building-reservation needed, paid separately - 3 large rooms with private bathrooms with shower and bathtubs - 3 service bathrooms - 2 sofa beds in the living room - Additional beds if needed It's worth mentioning that the property which is located in the Silver Mountain Complex is protected 24 hours / day
