Property is suitable for multiple things: * you can rent the entire cabin for holidays or for spending time with friends and family taking advantage of the four main rooms in the cabin and the additional room nearby if needed, the barbecue facilities, the silence and nature; * you can rent the property for parties and take advantage of the living room, and the outside terraces for dancing, seating, drinking and the entire set of party equipment that can be provided for an extra cost(glasses, cutlery, tables chairs accomodating even 50+ of your family and friends); Reaching the property should not be too hard, the pinpoint on google maps is accurate. Turn to the east when reaching Valea Moldovei's centre and keep the road. At some point, the asphalt road will terminate and you will have to follow the country road for another 3km. Drive slowly because 2 cars might not fit on the road. The property is situated on the right-hand side after crossing the stream, right before the road barrier. Parking should be done within the property, beyond the main gate. The road should be accessible even in winter times but please confirm in case of heavy snow forecast in the area.

The cabin is quite isolated, being the last property in the village of Valea Moldovei with no other buildings nearby, surrounded 3 sides by woods, having a small pond, a natural well with drinkable water, barbecue facilities and a small stream across the road. Highlights of the property would be silence, fresh mountain air and the wooden cabin and facilities.
