Property information

Casa Parc 3* is a flat located in a small house in the heart of Predeal, right next to the central park. Within 4 minutes walking distance from Predeal railway station, this flat has 4 individual rooms, each of them with a separate private en-suite bathroom, together with a living room and a small kitchen, both of them common for all 4 rooms. We are proud of this flat that combines both elements from log houses as well as modern functionalities and facilities we all need for the daily modern comfort. We are waiting for our dear guests to enjoy the conditions and the excellent location of the flat.

Nearby Casa Parc Excursions and tourist attractions: - Predeal central park (with playground for children) in the immediate vicinity of Casa Parc flat, - Susai Chalet (the road crossing the bridge over the railway), - 3 brazi Chalet / Secuilor Chalet (you can also reach it by “trocarici” departing from the train station), - the Clabucet ski slope, - Tamina waterfall (Timisul de Sus), - 7 Stairs Canyon (Timisul de Jos), - Rasnov Fortress.
